Everyone has inner greatness. We hardly ever think about it, talk about it, or affirm it in others around us. What is inner greatness? There are many kinds of inner greatness, but many are common forms that we can all choose to develop in ourselves, and cultivate in families, classrooms, schools, work teams. I love to help people find their inner greatness, bring it out more consistently, and conscientiously cultivate it in groups.
My favorite forms of inner greatness include kindness and helpfulness, for example. Other forms of inner greatness include perseverance and remaining calm.
