This class enables you to learn some basic practices for calming and centering yourself, reducing anxiety, and learning some of the spiritual and energetic principles and practices that can begin to awaken your own soul’s attunement with Higher Consciousness, or what Eckhart Tolle calls “Presence.”
The Being Meditation
A non-sectarian, non-religious, yet spiritual practice of meditation, The Being Meditation guides you through seven “B’s of Being” – simple steps and affirmations/mantras to quickly enable you to reduce self-focus and expand into a larger sense of oneness with the Universe as conscious, loving, and divine.
Raja Yoga Meditation
Learn basic and advanced meditation practices (breathwork, visualizations, affirmations, and Pure Meditation), as well as a spiritual understanding of the chakras as the energy system of your body, and bring greater peace, love, and joy in your life. These pure meditation techniques, when practiced regularly, encourage the rising of kundalini up your spine, empowers your conscious spiritual evolution through the chakra system, and awakens your soul’s attunement with Higher Consciousness, or what Eckhart Tolle calls “Presence.”
Raja Yoga Meditation and Lightworker Training
This class includes all the benefits of Raja Yoga Meditation as described above, along with training in becoming a Lightworker – a person who seeks the Divine Light in order to bring the Divine Light and Love unconditionally into the world to advance the conscious evolution of humanity towards our collective ending of the humanly-caused suffering in the world.
