Pet Healing

Energy healing can be beneficial emotionally and physically for pets as well as farm animals.

Pet Reiki and Animal Healing Courses

Pet Reiki works similarly to Reiki for humans, although pets usually need to be in their own comfortable home environment. Pet Reiki can also be done at the veterinarian’s office if they allow that, and notably, Reiki healing for pets can be done at a distance via phone call or online video sessions. Healing for larger animals such as horses can be done in stalls, or for chickens and other livestock, Reiki healing can be performed on farms.

Animals, not just pets, generally sense subtle energies such as the healing energy and the energies of love and fear very easily. When the pet feels safe with the healer, they can easily feel the love and the healing energy. Pets usually calm down or get very excited initially, and then calm down. Often, they will lie down and soak up the healing energy.

Intuitive readings of what the animal feels concerned about, fears, remembers longingly, or desires often are part of Pet Reiki sessions. These negative emotional aspects are important to heal for pets just as they are for humans. For rescue animals, this emotional healing can be a very important aspect of their healing, and may require more than one session.

I have experienced at least two miracles with dogs, one of which is expressed in a video testimonial, and one of which is the story of my own dog having a mass in her bladder healed after just one Reiki session even though the mass had been there for over ten months. The other dog was cured of a tropical tick-borne disease.

No one can guarantee cures, but love and energy healing bring comfort, and can be especially important for animals to reduce their suffering when they have been diagnosed as terminal. Scheduling a distant pet Reiki healing or an in-person pet healing can become an uplifting experience for you and your pet.

Pet Reiki Courses

Reiki is a Japanese word for “Universal Life Force.” Anyone can become a healer, and becoming an animal healer by learning Pet Reiki is available through in-person courses only, as one needs opportunities to practice on a variety of animals. Love is the essence of healing, but learning to tune into animals is also essential. The third required ingredient is intending wellbeing.

All healing involves asking for Divine Healing energies, by whatever name you prefer to call the energies and their Source. Healers do not “do” the healing; rather, healers channel the Universal Life Force healing energies through themselves for pets and people.

Because healers are channels of the healing energy, learning spiritual practices that facilitate becoming a clear channel for unconditional love and for the Universal Life Force are part of the course. We cannot be channels for what we ourselves are not yet ready to receive and to give. Simple meditative techniques and prayers will be taught.

I love animal healing!

Energy healing can be beneficial emotionally and physically for pets as well as farm animals. Animals generally love the healing energy. They usually soak it up and then either move away or fall asleep when they are done (or during the healing!)

Since we want the animal to feel comfortable, I travel to them, whether they are at home or at the veterinarian’s, if the vet will allow it. I also do distance healing with animals as well.

Here are two happy distance healing clients:

Cleo and Sophie

“Cleo and Sophie have been receiving distant energy healing from Carol since 2015 and are very satisfied clients! Their sessions have gone beyond healing and have included diagnoses by Carol that were confirmed by their veterinarian and healed by Carol. Because Carol is able to communicate with Cleo and Sophie we now have a more harmonious home as I now understand their concerns and perspectives on life which allows me to be more accommodating to their needs.”

I was first told that I “could cure animals with my hands” by Mystic Sean Harribance (who was studied by Duke University/Rhine Research Institute in 1972) when I was just 13 years old.

Today, I can say that one of the biggest miracles I have experienced was with my late dog Comet in 2008. At age 12, Comet had lived with a mass in her bladder for over ten months. At that point, the veterinarian decided she needed surgery. We scheduled her to go back the Tuesday of the following week for a liver ultrasound “to make sure she was healthy enough for surgery.”

That Monday, I felt inspired to give Comet energy healing. The next day, when she went in, the veterinarian also re-checked her bladder ultrasound, could not find the mass, so she called another veterinarian to look, but the mass that had been there for over ten months was gone in a little more than 24 hours!

In addition, I have had an injured wild pigeon spend two hours on my shoulder (after landing on my head!) and was able to help a wild coyote who had a plastic jar stuck on its head.

No healer can guarantee a “cure” all the time, what I can guarantee is that I will give your pets the same loving healing energy that feels so good, it is especially a comfort for pets in discomfort before and after surgery, and before they pass on.
